How has your viewpoint changed from when you were in your teens, 20's and now looking into your 30's? What goals have been updated, removed, amended?
Yes, and no.
I've always been 25; I acted like I was 25 when I was 12, 25 and now 32. That hasn't changed.
I created a list of life goals in college, a list of things I wanted to do, places to explore, things to learn, skills to acquire, accomplishments to check off.
I've returned to the list over the years; some I've done, some I never will. My original list included some outlandish, farcical "goals" which were always unlikely to happen; things impossible to consciously pursue, rather signals of a great life if they ever actually happened.
I've removed some of the extreme pursuits, added behaviors, outlooks and skills, removed accomplishments, amended some timelines, raised some bars, added in new accomplishments given new tools, potentials and opportunities.
The destination is meaningless, the paths will change, but the direction is the same: create, question, learn, share, help, believe.
