Exertion
Kevin asked me what I enjoyed about the outdoors- I love the actual physical act of hiking. I enjoy the rush from bounding up a trail, the movement of my body, I savor the pain and tiredness that comes from exertion. I enjoy testing myself, and relish the physical accomplishments that come from a long hike in the outdoors.
