The features are truly astonishing. My 4 main concerns with it besides the hefty price that wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have these concerns: 1. The screen and its scratchability. Is a clear case needed? And if so, how will it affect the touch sensitivy. Otherwise, you will need one of those tough flip-cases - guaranteed. 2. Hard Drive space. For all the media you can download, 8gb is just a taste. It's not worthing ditching the 60gb iPod for. You would have to buy 2 items or really learn how to manage your files. 3. Broadband Bandwidth. Is Cingular EDGE strong enough to actually surf the "real" web? Can you watch YouTube successfully and quickly? 4. Battery life. I am not sure I like my little entertainment center using up the battery life of my phone. "I knew I shouldn't have watched The Godfather trilogy! Now I can't make a phone call!"
