“The real meaning of enlightenment is to gaze with undimmed eyes on all undimmed.”

There are a couple of meaningful truths here:

- Enlightenment is not about the result but the process
- Open eyes, open mind, observing, without preconceptions or undue judgments

But are we supposed to only gaze at all that is undimmed? What about things that are dimmed? Are we not supposed to gaze at them?
